Our
new, state-of-the-art underground cellar was completed
in 2000 to accommodate the increasing volumes in
red wine production. In designing the cellar, great
care was taken to minimize the movement of fruit,
juice and wine, thus ensuring optimum quality and
efficiency. Open fermenters, rotor tanks and closed
fermenters enable our winemakers to create different
styles of red wine, which when blended, reward with
the rich complexity for which our wines have become
renowned. back
