When you’re hungry and you want something both delicious and filling. Ladies and gentlemen, we give to you, this easy and delicious carb-free Zucchini pasta, paired with our new Robertson Winery Extra Light Merlot. The secret is the depth of flavour provided by both tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and the fresh elements you get from the spinach and the basil. Cook to reduce, thicken with yoghurt for that guilt-free creaminess, serve on a bed of zucchini noodles and top it with cheese.
